RETURNS:

Please contact us if you are unhappy with your product. Returns are accepted for refunds at buyers cost of return postage for unopened items (Dummies excluded). They must be in original condition and returned within 14 days.

Due to safety and hygiene reasons, Dummies will not be able to be returned for a refund for change of mind.

Faulty Items:

Please contact us if your items are faulty or are not satisfactory and we will do our best to rectify the issue with you.
