Please contact us if you are unhappy with your product. Returns are accepted for refunds at buyers cost of return postage for unopened items (BIBS Dummies excluded). They must be in original condition and returned within 14 days.

Due to safety and hygiene reasons, BIBS Dummies will not be able to be returned for a refund for change of mind.
